By accepting and submitting this application, I confirm and agree to the following:

I voluntarily apply to register as a drone pilot on the ApusFly platform. I understand that ApusFly is a technology platform that facilitates connections between clients and independent drone pilots and is not a government agency, licensing authority, employer, or training institution.

I acknowledge that registration on the ApusFly platform does not guarantee projects, assignments, income, or continued access to the platform.

I confirm that all information and documents I submit, including my government-issued identification and CAAP license, are true, accurate, valid, and belong to me. I understand that submitting false, expired, or misleading information may result in rejection or removal from the platform.

I authorize ApusFly to collect, process, store, and use my personal data and submitted documents solely for the purposes of identity verification, pilot qualification validation, regulatory compliance, internal vetting, and platform operations, in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

I understand that my personal data will be handled with reasonable security measures and accessed only by authorized personnel. My data will not be sold or shared with unauthorized third parties and will only be disclosed when required by law, regulation, or with my consent.

I acknowledge that I am solely responsible for complying with all applicable aviation laws, regulations, and requirements, including but not limited to CAAP rules, licensing, operational approvals, and mission-specific authorizations.

I agree that ApusFly shall not be liable for any regulatory violations, enforcement actions, losses, or damages arising from my drone operations or failure to comply with applicable laws.

I understand that I may request access to, correction of, or deletion of my personal data in accordance with applicable data privacy laws, subject to legal and operational requirements.

By submitting this application, I confirm that I have read, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms and Conditions and Data Privacy Consent.
